Ben joined Baldwins' Auckland office in January 2006 as a Patent Executive, after graduating with honours in Engineering at Massey University Palmerston North. He is currently studying towards a law degree and registration as a patent attorney.

Expertise

With an Engineering degree majoring in Computer Systems Engineering, Ben has experience in prosecuting patent applications and advising clients with regard to infringement and validity in the fields of analog and digital electronics, computer systems, embedded systems, semiconductors, software engineering, mechanical engineering, and business methods.  Ben also advises on design registration and copyright protection.
