Jessica has been a solicitor in our Auckland office since 2009.
Following completion of a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science (Genetics) at the University of Otago in 2008, Jessica worked as a solicitor in commercial and property law before joining Baldwins in December 2009.
Jessica works primarily in the area of trade marks, specialising in trade mark protection, filing, prosecution and oppositions as well as trade mark portfolio management. She also advises on trade mark availability, infringement issues, passing off and the Fair Trading Act. Jessica is studying to become a registered patent attorney.
