Judy joined Baldwins as the Auckland Practice Manager in 1998, following the completion of her MBA with Distinction at the University of Waikato.

Prior to joining Baldwins, Judy's prior experience included 10 years as the Practice Manager for a significant law firm in Hamilton, and as Administration Manager for Cambridge Thoroughbred Sales - an organisation involved in tourism and the New Zealand thoroughbred industry.
