Julian is the Financial Controller of Baldwins, based in the Wellington office.  He joined the firm as a project manager in 2001; primarily tasked with scoping and conducting the replacement of the firm's comprehensive practice management system.  Since completing this project in 2005 Julian has taken on the role of Financial Controller.

Prior to joining Baldwins, Julian gained his Chartered Accountant accreditation while working for middle and top tier accounting firms; providing advisory and taxation services to a wide range of professional service, retail and manufacturing clients.  His experience has focused on the preparation of management and financial accounts and business process improvement.
