Lee is the Human Resources Manager for Baldwins.  She joined the firm in 2001, undertaking a variety of HR related projects, before her appointment as HR Manager in 2004.  Prior to joining Baldwins, Lee worked in the Corporate HR Team of NZ's largest dairy co-op, the NZ Dairy Group (now merged into Fonterra).

As HR Manager, Lee's primary responsibility is to develop, implement and monitor effective human resources policies, procedures and systems which are aligned to the firm's business goals and strategies.  She also provides an internal advisory service on a variety of HR activities and processes, including recruitment, induction, remuneration and benefits, training and career development, performance management and employment legislation.

Lee is a member of the HR Institute of NZ and is currently undertaking study to complete her BBS majoring in Human Resources.
