Lucy has practiced as an intellectual property lawyer since 1998 and is a Senior Associate in the Baldwins’ Auckland office. She is a barrister and solicitor and is registered as a patent attorney in both New Zealand and Australia.
Lucy’s clients range from start-up companies to multinational businesses and she advises her clients in relation to intellectual property matters in New Zealand and internationally. This includes advice relating to brand creation, protection and enforcement as well as copyright and related intellectual property issues.
