Rosemary joined the litigation and commercial team in the Baldwins Auckland office in 1999. She has been a partner of the firm since October 2002. She works primarily in the area of dispute resolution across all areas of intellectual property.
Rosemary works on patent, copyright, trade mark and design disputes, litigation and oppositions and provides advice on the commercialisation of intellectual property.
Rosemary’s expertise spans both the dispute resolution area of intellectual property and broader based litigation and licensing and contracting resulting from the development and exploitation of intellectual property rights. She is a registered patent attorney in both New Zealand and Australia. This enables her to bring complementary skills to her practice in both of these areas.
