Theresa is a patent filing specialist who was employed by Baldwins in 1999 and subsequently spent 6 years leading the Registry Team specialising in the co-ordination and management of patent, design and trademark filings for the firm. This included the provision of detailed responses to clients globally on the regulatory requirements relating to filing matters in Australia and New Zealand.
In 2007 Theresa moved to a new role as a trainee patent attorney to concentrate on her specialist area of designs. She will continue to advise clients on a range of patent and patent filing requirements and is currently working towards qualification as a patent attorney.
