Vanessa joined the Wellington office of Baldwins in July 2010. 

Prior to this she was an investigator in the Cartels team of the Commerce Commission’s Enforcement Branch. 

Vanessa advises on trade mark availability, infringement issues, copyright, passing off and the Fair Trading Act. Her expertise also includes filing and prosecuting trade mark applications and managing trade mark oppositions and disputes.
