Victoria’s technical expertise lies in the field of inorganic chemistry, particularly supramolecular chemistry and X-ray crystallography. Her postgraduate research investigated the synthesis and X-ray crystallographic structures of a series of metallo-supramolecular complexes using three new isomeric dipyridyl ketone oxime ligands.

While completing her post-graduate research, Victoria also completed her law degree and is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.

Victoria joined the Auckland office of Baldwins in January 2010 as a Trade Mark Executive. In April of 2010 she began her current role as a Patent Executive. Practicing primarily in the field of patents Victoria has experience in drafting patent specifications, prosecuting applications and advising local and international clients on patentability issues. Victoria also has experience in filing and prosecuting design applications. Victoria is studying to become a registered patent attorney.
