Our offices are based in the main centres of Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. We also regularly service clients, hold consultations, run seminars and attend industry events in various regions throughout New Zealand, such as Dunedin, Nelson, Palmerston North, Hawkes Bay, Tauranga and Hamilton.
We maintain relationships with a strong international network of specialist intellectual property firms in countries around the world. Through this network we have privileged access to foreign expertise which enables us to provide our New Zealand exporting clients with timely and current advice for managing their intellectual property abroad.
We also work in close collaboration with associate firms to represent international businesses in New Zealand and advise them on intellectual property issues and legislation specific to New Zealand.
The partners of Baldwins travel overseas annually to work with associate firms, clients and industry bodies. They are actively involved with professional and industry organisations and participate in the following listed meetings and conferences.
