Solicitor - Intellectual Property Litigation - Wellington

About You

Ideally you will have 2-4 years post qualified experience in litigation and a desire to rapidly develop your expertise within the intellectual property area. Your focus will be predominantly on advising in trade mark, copyright, and patent disputes, along with broader commercial and consumer law matters within our dispute resolution team. You will also have the opportunity to draft advice on a range of commercial law issues.

At this pivotal stage in your career, we anticipate you will have mastered the fundamentals, have a current practising certificate and be striving to develop broader competencies in commercial acumen, networking and relationship management which will stand you in good stead for future advancement.

Legal Secretary - Intellectual Property/Patents - Auckland

About You

In order to hit the ground running, it’s essential that you have at least 3 years’ secretarial or administrative experience within the legal sector, that your attention to detail goes hand-in-hand with your ability to meet deadlines, your word processing skills are advanced and have a positive and can-do attitude

Ideally you will have experience providing support services within the intellectual property and patents areas of law and be a proficient user of iManage and Inprotech (or similar document management systems).  There will also be plenty of help available from our experienced secretarial and administrative teams who will assist you to refine your skills, offering support and sharing their expertise.
