NZ Commerce Commission grants clearance for AJ Park’s proposed acquisition of Baldwins IP

Baldwins welcomes the announcement by the New Zealand Commerce Commission today that it will grant clearance for the proposed acquisition of Baldwins by AJ Park. IP Australia announces fee changes

IP Australia has announced changes to its official fees for patents, trade marks, designs and plant breeder’s rights. Unified Patent Court: German and UK bumps along the road

On 20 March 2020, the German Federal Constitutional Court issued a long awaited decision on the Unified Patent Court Agreement (UPCA), finding that the way the German Parliament approved the UPCA was incompatible with the German Constitution.
