New Zealand’s Intellectual Property Office reopens following major earthquake

The Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand (IPONZ) has reopenend following a large earthquake that struck the East Coast of New Zealand on Monday morning.

IPONZ was closed on Monday 14 November and Tuesday 15 November 2016 following the quakes.

Deadlines that fall on a day when the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand is closed

Deadlines for filing an application or document on Monday 14 November 2016 or Tuesday 15 November 2016 will be deemed to have been filed on time if filed on Wednesday 16 November 2016.
