The registers were created from 1895 onwards, in the Wellington, Auckland, and Christchurch offices, trading initially as Higgs & O’Donnell of Wellington, to Baldwin Son & Carey, and now as Baldwins Intellectual Property. The registers feature mounted examples of trade mark designs and lettering, and include Australian patent and design registrations.

If you are interested to find out more about the registers, visit the National Library of Auckland.
