Agnès assists clients with protecting, prosecuting and enforcing trade marks in New Zealand and overseas.

Agnès advises clients on trademark availability, issues around trade mark infringement and oppositions, and trade mark enforcement. She also advises on related intellectual property rights, including copyright, rights under the Fair Trading Act and the tort of passing off.

Agnès enjoys working strategically with clients to devise trade mark strategies that will best achieve their business interests.

Before joining Baldwins as a law clerk in 2016, Agnès completed a conjoint Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts, majoring in French and Philosophy, at Victoria University in Wellington. She is currently studying towards her New Zealand Patent Attorney qualification.

Outside of work, Agnès enjoys tramping and reading. She is also an enthusiastic, but amateur, cook.
